Why is each ingredient important?
Chicken
is a high quality source of protein that supports muscle growth and repair. The amino acids in chicken support the immune system and help repair tissues. B vitamins in chicken support metabolism, brain function and the production of red blood cells while the minerals in chicken support bone health.

Brown Rice
is a gluten free source of fiber which helps your pups feel fuller to help maintain a healthy weight. Brown rice is a complex carbohydrate which also boosts energy and promotes healthy digestion. This grain provides vitamin B, iron and magnesium.

Sweet Potatoes
are complex carbohydrates which are high in fiber and support digestion. These powerhouses provide energy and help your dog feel fuller and can support weight management. Sweet potatoes have antioxidants that fight free radicals to promote immune health. Vitamins such as C and B6 promote bone strength and overall health. Vitamin A promotes healthy vision and skin.

Green beans

Safflower oil provides linoleic acid (an omega 6 fatty acid) and vitamins K and E. Vitamin E boosts the immune system and helps with itchy skin.
